delivery policy
DELIVERY:
Metropolitan France:
Delivery by letter followed or by Colissimo followed: orders are processed within 2 to 5 working days
(except out of stock, force majeure and summer holidays).
The delivery time of the post office is 48 to 72 hours. These deadlines are given as an indication by La Poste.
International:
Delivery by Colissimo. The postal delivery time is 5 working days for Europe and 10 days for the rest of the world; These deadlines are given as an indication by La Poste.
By importing goods from France, the foreign consumer is subject to taxes which are added to the purchase price of the goods, as well as transport costs, in particular:

- The rights of customs.
- Customs clearance costs (administrative costs collected by the freight forwarder during customs clearance, to be differentiated from customs duties).

€6.50 for a Colissimo shipment (France)
12€ for Europe and DOM-TOM
25€ for other destinations
Colissimo delivery is free in mainland France from purchases over €100.

RETURN
​
You have 14 days after purchase to change your mind (except personalized jewelry, earrings and sale items) and return the item to us in perfect condition in its original packaging.
The return must imperatively be sent with a tracking number (tracking letter, Colissimo, etc.) to ensure traceability of the package.
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURN POLICY AND REFUNDS

In accordance with article L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery of your order, to return any item that does not suit you, in its original packaging and new, suitable for its remarketing and this without any cost, with the exception of postage.
Custom-made models are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

•You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it, except personalized jewelry and earrings.

•If you change your mind, or the product you received does not meet your expectations
​
•Except in the case of arrangements made with our agreement, the return costs are your responsibility.
Instructions for returning goods:

•Ship items with a tracking number within 14 days from the date of receipt of order.
​
•You are responsible for any possible damage suffered by the article during the return. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you return the products properly packaged, undamaged and in the original box and packaging.
​
•Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
​
•If the product or packaging is worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any loss in value when refunding the product.
