Loveuse offers a one year guarantee covering any manufacturing defect or abnormal wear and tear (caused by us).
Our customer service will proceed to an expertise of the part after sending photos, then to a repair or a replacement of the defective article.

Where is Loveuse jewelry made?

Our collections are handmade, mainly in our Parisian workshop. 
We also call upon French artisans to make the creations imagined by Loveuse.

What is the composition of Loveuse jewelry?

The majority of the pieces are made of 18 carat gold plated or 925 silver. 
Some jewelry is made of stainless steel in order to propose a varied offer.
All our jewels are guaranteed nickel-free (in accordance with the decree of July 18, 2000), lead-free and cadmium-free in order to protect you from allergies.

I often have allergies to jewelry, do yours contain nickel?

Our jewelry is absolutely guaranteed without any nickel, lead or cadmium.
The earrings, necklaces, rings and bracelets are made of 18 carat gold plated or 925 silver.
There are some stainless steel ring models that are also nickel, lead and cadmium free.
